Gather your ingredients. Defrost frozen veggies in a colander under running cold water for 5 min.
Put your veggies in a food processor. Add spices, minced coriander, flour, and nuts. Combine everything together in a food processor using pulse regime in order to maintain chunky consistency.
Form four patties on a dusted board and put them in a freezer for 10 min to get firm.
Add olive oil to the pan and fry for 5 min on each side on a medium-high. When ready turn heat to high to get a nice golden crust on your yummy burger.
Serve on a toasted bun with hummus, BBQ sauce, and arugula. This combination tastes delicious but you are welcome to create your own use any salad you like add experiment with different condiments.
Notes
You can use this burger as a main dish on a bed of spinach. There are countless combo opportunities.
