Kompot

Kompot is fruit punch that is being boiled in a way that takes out every juicy bit of fruits and emulsifies it with water.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb stone fruit (peaches, apricots, plums)
  • 1 lb berries of your choice
  • 3 pears
  • 3 apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients
  • Wash fruits, remove pits and cut all the fruits into big chunks.
  • When kompot starts boiling add sugar, lemon juice and take off the heat. Let cool down to room temperature. Filter through the sieve. Keep refrigerated.
