Prepare your ingredients. Set the oven at 420 F
1 salmon fillet, 4 tbsp. pomegranate glaze, ½ lemon, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 pomegranate, ½ bunch parsley, ½ tsp. pepper, ¼ tsp. cumin, 1 tbsp. sugar
Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, cumin. Glaze fish with pomegranate syrup, lemon juice.

Bake the salmon for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when lifted with fork. When the fish is ready, sprinkle with sugar and bake under broil for 3 more minutes for a lucious caramelised crust.
