Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp chaga powder
  • 1 slice reishi mushroom
  • 1 tbsp astaralagus root

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients
    slice of dried mushroom, spoonful of astragal powder and water
  • Add all ingredients to a small saucepot and brew over low heat for 30 minutes, until the liquid is extremely dark. The longer these medicinal mushrooms and root brew, the more medicinal qualities will be extracted from into the tea. Let cool down and strain. Keep in the fridge no longer than two days. This amount is enough for 2 people for 2 days. Take 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of tea diluted in 1/4 cup water during food intake 4 times a day for 3 months for the immune system strengthening result.
