Prepare your ingredients
Add nuts and oatmeal to the food processor together with spices, use pulse regime to combine everything together. Dice and chop chili. Peel and chop onion. Chop coriander leaves together with stalks. Zest lime.
Drain black beans and add to the food processor together with chili, onion, coriander, lime zest and 1 tbs of olive oil. Pulse everything to combine.
Fold 6 patties on the floured surface. Put in a freezer for at least 30 min.
Fry on a medium-high heat for 5 min on each side. Serve with hummus and BBQ sauce, greens of your choice or avocado slices, salsa, and a green salad. Bon Appétit!
