There are plenty dairy-free versions of ice cream in the supermarkets today, but if you put a timer for the time you spend running to the nearest grocery store to pick up one and on actually making one, Cashew banana ice cream is going to win!

Ingredients

  • 200 gr cashews
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients
    bowl of cashew nuts, three bananas, mint leaves and sugar
  • Add cashews to food processor and grind
  • Add peeled bananas, sweetener and mint leaves and turn everything into paste.

  • Add ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Bon Appétit!
