Place wine, apple cider, honey, and spice bag into slow cooker and cook on low setting for 3 hours. You can keep it on warm setting up to 3 hours. Cut apple into thin slices using mandoline. Segment orange leaving the skin on. Decorate the cup with 2 pieces of apple and 1 segment of orange and 1 cinnamon stick. Serve hot. Bon Appétit!
